Some of our customers get error messages; others are unable to edit pages. It worked fine the last time you used the Website Builder and now it's changed. It's very frustrating!

You are not alone in having issues. Unfortunately, we are unable to re-produce the issues at our office. 
Our hypothesis is that you (& others) have an add-on or setting in Chrome or Edge that's different from our Windows 10 computers. We don't know what that add-on or setting is, so we don't know how to fix it.


1. Some customers are able to use Internet Explorer (IE) without any issues.
2. You can use the free browser called FireFox, it appears to work on all computers.
